Jeff and the team at Cascade were great, very prompt and friendly. They explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. It took about 5 working days for a driver to bid on hauling my car and then 2 business days later he was picking up the car. It took 3 days total to reach the final destination - which I think is awesome since we were going from Nevada to Ohio. Sergey the truck driver was fabulous. He kept in contact with me and my parents (they were on the receiving end) by calling and sending text messages. My car made it safe and sound to Ohio. If ever needed, we would use Cascades shipping again. Thanks!
