Andrew, As you said we had your transport scheduled on the 9th day. We told you from the start it could take up to 10 days. We were in our time frame. As far as the truck being late we also told you the dates were estimates, things happen on the road that we cannot control. Our notes show that we did talk to you often and kept you informed. I talked to both you and your asst. today alone. Again I cannot control situations that do happen to the drivers. If you need to blame me for the driver having problems with his truck then thats the way it is.
