Shipping my car through cascade shipping was extremely smooth, and fast. Car was being shipped from NY to CA. My contact person was Kimberly. Kimberly was very responsive and easy to reach throughout the entire episode, returning calls and ensuring everything was in order. She worked hard to try to meet car pick up deadline, which unfortunately could not be met. Instead of being picked up by Friday, when I left from Ithaca, the car was picked up following Tuesday. This was not too much of a hassle, and Kimberly plus the trucking company was able to handle it smoothly. The car was delivered earlier than scheduled, and took less than a week to travel across the states (Aug 17th to Aug 24th). Overall price is $1055, which amongst all the carriers, is in the mean range.

Another thing to watch out for is that the vehicles being shipped cannot carry anything inside of them. I wasn't notified until a friend told me the federal regulations had changed since I last shipped the car.

Their was no damage to the vehicle, it was in the same condition that it left it from NY. Interaction iwth the good natured truck driver and company themselves was smooth and efficient.

Overall, I would highly recommend the services of this company as they are efficient, honest, and very responsive. There were no snags, and I have no complaints. I found this company on a site that reviews all the car shipping companies, and this was among the ones most highly rated and reviewed.
