This was the first time I had ever shipped a car (let alone a coast-to-coast shipment) and I found my experience with Cascade to be an excellent one. The employees were incredibly cordial on the phone and were more than willing to attend to any needs or concerns I had over the course of the delivery period. To anyone who has not shipped a car with Cascade I would highly recommend them!
