Hi Gambino, and thank you for your review. I understand that this industry gets frustrating. I always try to be very up front that even busy, regular route can sometimes be an issue. I am truly sorry that you feel i didnt return your calls prompt enough. However i also explained to you that I give my dispatch department as much time as i can on a daily basis until I call my customer for their daily update. When you did call me it was always right before 3pm PST, and i had told you that i call my customer within the last hour that I am in the office. So while yes you did call when i was supposed to be calling you, i feel had you given me even just a few minutes past when i told you i would call you, you would not feel like my customer service was not 5 stars.
