Hi Kelli,
I have to admit I am very confused why you left me such a bad review. When you initially placed your order I was VERY up front about Sacramento as well as ALL Northern California locations being more difficult then most other locations to get a truck into. I did not feel at that time that your pick up location while still difficult would cause that much of an issue. I returned all messages that you left if I could not answer your call myself. I also emailed you updates along the way. I even left you messages asking if there was another pick up or delivery location that may work for you as well as my driver. I feel as if I did everything in my power to get your car moved, FOR FREE. When you called to cancel your reservation with us I was under the impression that you were grateful for the help I did provide and apologized for cancelling. Your review definitely says different. In this industry even the easiest routes sometimes take longer then anyone imagines. I am sorry that you feel like your experience with us was so horrible, but I am sure that not all your statements are correct. I am also glad that your car got to California. Thank you for your review.
