Car Shipment from NC to TX

We originally went with Cascade because of its great reviews. Despite not having the lowest cost (although competitive), the user feedback led us to this decision.
Realistically, most customers using such services are probably new to this whole setup and we certainly were. The biggest issue we had was an initial lack of communication between us and Cascade. Our planned pick-up was for 28 Aug and we were told to expect to hear about our contract getting picked up around 23 Aug... we did not, so we called Cascade. This went on, where the phone calls were 90% from us to Cascade, until about the 30th.
To be fair we were new to this and maybe a bit anxious about being 2000 miles from our vehicle, but our biggest issue came from Cascade's inability to call us, even when they specifically told us they would (both Jeff and Brenda). These calls would have meant the world to us as customers paying nearly a thousand dollars for a service that seems to have more than an inconsistency or two. Finally, while on the verge of switching companies Brenda stepped up the customer service a bit. The service towards to the end improved dramatically.
Our other complaint was the timeliness of the delivery. We understand the fickleness of this business as a customer, but assurances were thrown left and right that picking our car up would not be a problem. On the 6th day of their 7 day window our car was finally picked up... but for an additional cost - which to be fair, Brenda GENEROUSLY absorbed about 50% of it from her broker fee.
Overall we rate this experience as OK and would use this service again, but with lower expectations. If asked this question 10 days ago the rating would be much less, but after finally receiving the vehicle our joy overshadows any angst.

Hi William, thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel lmy customer service was not deserving of 5 stars. However when you placed your order almost 3 weeks early I had explained that carriers tend to wait until your vehicle is available to be picked up before we can get the schedule finalized. We had you scheduled 5 days into our 10 day pick up window and delivered 3 days later. So i am not sure where why your time frame is different then my records.
