Hi William, thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel lmy customer service was not deserving of 5 stars. However when you placed your order almost 3 weeks early I had explained that carriers tend to wait until your vehicle is available to be picked up before we can get the schedule finalized. We had you scheduled 5 days into our 10 day pick up window and delivered 3 days later. So i am not sure where why your time frame is different then my records. Again thank you for your review and i hope your enjoying your Honda.
