I found a breakdown in communication between Brenda, the driver, and myself. I don't know whos fault this was, but I was unaware of schedule changes & problems that the semi was having along the route.

Hi Melissa, and thank you for your review. I was glad to help you out. I apologize again for the driver not leting us know he had broke down, and I did follow through with that carrier. Per our conversations I was under the impression that you felt the driver dropped the ball as far as communicating with us, so your review was unexpected.
