- Brenda would keep me informed at all times and provided good customer service
- My car was supposed to be picked up on a Friday and after being in contact with the driver all day long, he kept postponing my pick up time. My car was never picked up that day (even though I explained multiple times before that I was leaving to CA next day) after he said it will be late but "I promised I'll pick up your car tonight". That night I would call Cascade and the other girl working (was not brenda) said that the dispatched said my pick up was cancelled due to truck being "full"; she could not give me any info about when my car was going to be picked up. Then I kept calling and no one answered the phone; I was going to leave a voice mail but the asnwer voice mail was full so I could not do it. So I get to CA the next day (Saturday) without having idea of what was going to happen with my car!. It wasnt until Monday that I could communicate with Cascade. Then they said another carrier was going to pick up my car Tuesday. My car was picked up that Tue and delivered in CA Friday. Unfortunedly, the trunk spoiler got damaged during the transport but the carrier co. was very understanding and they are going to pay for the damage; they asked for two estimates.
- Since my car arrived later than planned I had to spend $266.10 in a car rental!!!
- I initially called cascade because I had a very stressful situation with a prior company which I explained to Brenda when I first talked to her- -my car was never picked up by that other co. So my experience with cascade was also somewhat stressful because of what I explained above. I have to say I can't complain about Brenda's service. Overall, I think that transporting a car should not be that stressful although I understand that cascade cann't control what the carriers do. Anyways I'm glad my car finally arrived to CA (several days later and damged but it arrived....)

I know the first carrier we scheduled fell through at the last minute, but i was under the impression that you were happy with MY customer service. So your review was not expected.
