Jeff followed up with phone call in addition to providing online quote. He invited me to discuss quote with him which I did. He delivered on his promise to meet any other quote I was offered. I was also impressed with the company's record in term of length of time in business. The explanations provided were clear and I felt confident in my choice of carrier.
