While we were researching for our vehicle to get shipped we came upon this company Cascade Shipping for having amazing reviews. We have heard from family members that shipping a car can lead to hidden costs and scams. The customer service was great and we were always able to get a hold of our personal broker Kimberly. They are offered a price matching service, however it made the process a lot longer then we were initially told and did not end up getting a price match. In fact in order to get car actually picked up we had to agree on a higher price or else we would have to wait longer. But the van came only 1 day late of expected arrival in great condition. The price that was quoted at time of pick up was expected, no hidden fees. The driver was professional and they used MKC Transport. The driver was easy to get a hold of the entire time he had our van. Overall okay experience, could have been worse with the stories we have heard. Only unhappy that original quote was not maintained which is one of the main reasons we went with the company. And after paying the higher price we could have agreed on that price sooner and gotten our car 3 weeks earlier.

Justin, I am sorry that the original quote wasn't "honored". You wanted to start at a lower price even though we explained to you that it usually makes the process longer, but sometimes you do get lucky. I had found a carrier and you turned the first one down because they wanted more money. When I found the second carrier, you agreed to pay a little extra so you could get the vehicle moving. I wish things would have been different and we could have found a truck for your match price, but that is the downside of price matching, it delays the process of finding a carrier. The trucks will always take what is paying the most first, price matching means you are trying for a lower price.
