I called Cascade about a week and a half before my car was available for shipping. They had a carrier to pick up on the day the car was available, but he canceled last minute. I left my car at a friend's house because I had to leave the area, and it sat in her driveway for 3 weeks. It took over a month to actally get my car. I understand there are different circumstances that affected this (i.e. drivers must pick up the order), however, I feel that Cascade could have initally done some things to get it sent out sooner. My initial quote was obviously not priced correctly because the order would have otherwise been picked up sooner. I ended up paying about $200 more than the original quote because I really needed my car! Also, Kimberly was very nice, but was often "just stepping out of the office" (i.e. appointments, lunch) when I would call. She stated she would call me back later that day, but she would call the next day instead. I know we all get busy at work, and I'm sure this is a time-sensitive business, but if you say you'll call that day, please follow through. If Kimberly wasn't in the office, her associates WERE helpful. The whole Cascade team did a good job at documenting my calls and how they were working on the order.

Overall, I would probably go with another company if I needed car shipment again because I don't think I should have to wait a month to get my car, unless that is initally explained or expected.

Laura, You did make arrangements a head of schedule for the transport of your vehicle. When I found the first carrier, they didn't realize you had a one day window for pick up, so yes they cancelled. We had another carrier that was interested that wanted additional funds, but you again decided against that. Then the next day you raised the price 100.00. Your original quote was 1045 with a 265 deposit. You added the extra 100.00, I found another carrier that wanted a total of 1000 to the truck. So to help out as much as we can, we took as much out of our deposit that we could and took a 175 deposit instead, and the difference was 30 for this carrier. You agreed to take this carrier. It wouldn't have taken as long as it did if the carriers hadn't requested additional funds and you kept refusing. We didn't collect any extra money, in fact we took 90 less that originally quoted. So I feel that we did everything in our power and provided exceptional customer service. As for the phone calls, yes there were days that you would call in the afternoon around my lunch, and I wouldn't get back to you until the next morning. But other times, you called in later in the afternoon so there was no need to call you until the next day unless I stated that I would call you back. When you did call, you called the same time most of the time, and it was usually around my lunch time. I am sorry for that but my co workers were always here to help you. I wish you would have felt differently about everything. Kimberly 360-834-7898 ext 235 Kimberly@Cascadevehicleshipping.com
