The girls I talked to at Cascade were awsome, very friendly and helpful. Since this was my first time shipping a vehicle I had tons of stupid questions, which they did their best to answer, even the ones questioning why the vehicle shipping industry runs like it does. My only complaint was the first carrier they hooked me up with has horrible reviews on here. I declined to use them which was no problem and they found a better carrier a couple days later. I have another vehicle to ship to Seattle when our house sells, and I will call Kmiberly and use Cascade again.
