my first time experience with vehicle transportation...the courtesy of candice in all aspects was professional and trusting with the entire experience of the 1948 antique ford f1 pickup a surprise birthday gift for my husband. there were problems with the seller of the truck he lied regarding the truck could run and that there was no problem with getting it on the transport truck...candice stayed in touch with the driver and myself to make sure i was calm and the driver was assured additional payment to load the truck and deliver it safely to our barn in florida where candice was in contact with our neighbor as we were not there at time of delivery and follow through with instructions on locking the truck safely in our barn...i received alot of offers from the web with quotes on transport from texas to florida but i chose cascade because of the sincerity and kindness candice showed me. i sincerely hope cascade realizes the value of candice as an employee.
