I wanted to ship a family-owned car from the SF Bay area to my sister, who lived near Seattle. I was attracted to Cascade because it sounded like a Seattle area company, it had high ratings and good reviews. They didn't disappoint me. Brenda responded to my evening email with a morning phone call. She explained the process and gave me a fair price. The car was available to ship two days later, the Friday after Thanksgiving. Brenda couldn't promise because of the holiday, and I understood that and was not in a hurry. I requested they use a transporter with a record of positive experience, a "premier" carrier.

So Friday morning the transport company called, that afternoon the car was loaded, and Monday it was in Seattle. My sister is happy with her car, and I'm happy with the service I got from Cascade and the transport company, which I believe was Quickway.
