Kim was vey informative and helpful through the prosses. I needed the vehicle picked up by a certain day and in fact it was!! I felt confident about using this company. I was informed about who and what driver was doing the pick up and delivery. Kim and or the driver stayed in contact with me, so I knew where my vehicle was and what was going on, which I found very reassuring!!! Thank you Kim!
