My wife and I bought a Kia long distance from Albany, New York. It involved many phone calls, etc. to secure the transaction. I opted to try to arrange my own vehicle transportation. However, I knew little regarding the Car Carrier/transport business.

We went online and started calling various companies. Thankfully, we found Cascade Vehicle shipping, Inc. and most of all, Brenda. She is very dedicated and really made this whole process easier. She worked with the Dealership for the car to make the process seamless.

In the meantime, we received several calls on an ongoing basis from a competitor who tried very hard to "steal" my business. this was very annoying.

Brenda was very informative and educated me on the whole process. She arranged a timely delivery, even over the Thanksgiving Holiday Season. The Driver wanted more than the quote. Brenda went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied and even adjusted her own fee.

We received the new car without any problems and it was in great shape.

We consider Brenda a true professional and an honest person. She is an asset to Cascade. She had much insight and showed genuine leadership ability to get the job done! We feel we can call on her again and would definitely only use Cascade in the future.
