Contacted Cascade after reading reviews on this site. This was my first time shipping a car (let alone two cars). After some research, I found that this process is a tricky one if done with the lowest bidder. After reading several reviews from customers about Cascade, I decided to give them a call. From the first point of contact to the follow up post delivery, they are AWESOME!!!! They kept me informed of every little detail even when the original carrier was delayed due to bad weather. The first carrier could not make it, so Cascade (namely the rockstar that is Kimberly Freiley) got another carrier and got it all picked up ON TIME and delivered ON TIME. I cannot say enough good things about Cascade, other than it is no wonder they are one of the highest rated companies on this site. I would (and will next time I move) be contacting Kimberly Freiley at Cascade 360-834-7898 (write down this number...its the one you need to call) to get it taken care of. Moving is such a pain to begin with, it was nice to not have to be concerned with the moving of my cars as I knew without a doubt that Cascade has it taken care of. Thank you Thank you Thank you Cascade for making my move so much less stressful.
