Everyone at Cascade was very nice and helpful. This was the first time shipping my car like this, I never imagined that it would go as smoothly. I was relieved to hear they were able to get my car picked up not even 12 hours after I had made my down payment. Kimberly was exceptionaly helpful with letting me in on the whole process of how the system works, and keeping up with cars location till drop off. Thank you!
