I've never shipped my car before so I was really nervous, but Kim at Cascade was really nice and very helpful. We were able to do a lot of the arrangements via text message which was convenient for me since I worked full time right up until I left. I had a difficult shipping window but they were able to work with me in spite of that and my car arrived two days before it was estimated to.
