I am very disappointed with this company. Now, I am questioning if there is even a rebate department. I was promised on several occasions that a rebate check was going to be sent out to me.. my cars were shipped in August, it is now December and still no check. I have called several times, left messages emails and I have received inaccurate information. I was told several times my check has been mailed which is false information. Every time I call a new person is in the accounting department with no clue of what I am talking about. This is definitely frustrating after this company proclaims to have a 5 star company profile. I will never use this company again after shipping both of my cars.

Julie, We have not had a new person in the accounting department. It has always been the same two people. Yes we do have a rebate department, and we apology that this has happened. The ratings on this website are reflective of our shipping customer service, not our accounting department which we as the representatives have no control over. We never promise or guarantee anything, but we do apologize for this and are working to get this corrected for you. Your rebate check will be sent out.
