After being burned by AutoTransportersOnline.com, I was leary about using another Transport company to get the vintage Van I purchased on eBay from Arizona to california. ATO took my deposit of $195.00 and never delivered my vehichle. Not only did they never deliver my vehichle, they lied continuously about sending trucks to pick up my Van. When I contacted Cascade, The woman set my mind at ease. She assured me that they would not charge my credit card for thieir service until my Van was loaded on the transport truck. She called me often to let me know the status of the pick up and delivery. Only when the Van was loaded did I get charged the brokers fee and my Van was delivered within 24 hours. Stay away from AutoTransportersOnline.com, they are crooks. I give Cascade a 110% rating.
