I am so sorry that the carrier assigned to your vehicle did that. I'm sure it was by mistake and didn't see that the door had become open. I am not sure if it was unlocked before the vehicle was loaded or not, but drivers typically don't need to go into the back of the vehicle. If I would have known about this when we spoke about delivery I would have addressed it. Again I am sorry,
