Kimberly Freiley, was my POC for your company and she was excellent in giving me the information I needed to get my car shipped. She was easily assessable for us to talk whenever I had questions. I received emails from her to see if I was satisfied and to assure me that the car was safe. She continued to communicate with me about the shipment and she kept me informed where it was during the transportation period. I received all the information in a timely manner. For Kim was proactive in our business transaction with shipping my car. She helped me make my decision to use the company base on her courtesy and customer service. I would never have thought a person whom I have never met would be so courteous.
