I am so pleased with my contact person Diane, who was incredibly patient while waiting for me to give the go ahead regarding pick up of my Mini Cooper. This was my first experience transporting a car, and all of my questions were answered and I was put at ease, even though I had read horror stories regarding some other companies. My experiences elsewhere regarding the purchasing of my car in Missouri City from a well known ebay dealer, were dreadful. The transporter couldn't initially pick up my car as I did not receive my paperwork (titles, recall clearance letter) in time, nor could they locate a key for my car, because they mailed it to me in Canada. Duh! Fortunately I had it mailed back in time for a second attempt, where they initially couldn't find the key. Needless to say, the driver was patient, picking up the car on the correct date, and delivering it on the date promised and kept me abreast to the exact timing of his arrival as I was traveling down from Canada for pickup. Cascade along with the driver gave excellent service. Would highly recommend this company, esp. to Canadians!!
