This was actually my first time shipping my vehicle. I had no knowledge of the process but began to do my research. I called Castle Luxury and Natasha was as nice as she could be. I called on 12/23/10 to set reservations for my vehicle to be picked up for shipment on 12/29/10. The original down payment for the reservation was $190 up front and then $310 on arrival. On the day of the original shipment date the representative of Castle Luxury told me that they found one driver but he couldn't gather his paper in time. After calling a few times that day they found another shipping company but there was more money expected upon arrival (460). The new driver couldn't pick the vehicle up until Sat, Jan 1. I opted to get my vehicle picked up on Jan, 3rd. The vehicle was picked up and the communication between me and the driver was excellent. Other then the company locking you into a contract before sustaining a reliable driver everything went swell. I was not in a rush so therefore, I cannot really complain about the service. Each time I called someone would pick up and assist. I can't speak from everyone else perspective. I understand most of the people on here writing negative comments. You sign a contract and expect the company to properly follow through. It is what!!! What it is!!! We live and we learn.
