I placed an order on 21 March and provided the $120 deposit required with Beth Stevens over the phone. She advised me that pick up would be with 72 hours. I made numerous attempt on 22, 23, 24 and 25 March to find out when the pick up would be scheduled. I could never get a date or time until I received ane-mail on 24 March telling me the truck was on its way from Richmond (1 1/2 hours drive from the pick up site). No phone contact preceded this e-mail. The truck has yet to arrive 24 hours later. No calls recieved from the driver or from Castle. I made numerous calls and sent numerous e-mails since. No contact established. I am currently on hold in their phone system and have been for over an hour. This is the worst example of poor follow-up after signing a contract i hae ever experienced. Clearly this company has a serious problem once an order is taken. I will update this review as the situation develops.
