I had never used a transport service before....but after speaking with Tyra, she explained it all to me perfectly. She was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, informative, and always responded to my emails very quickly. Their prices were also reasonable and turnaround time was short.

We didn't have to wait long to have the truck hauled home after it was posted as available for transport. Our driver was very friendly, even though I thoughtlessly didn't provide enough information about the vehicle being hauled which resulted in a longer load time. The driver handled it so well and smoothly and the truck arrived home in perfect condition and a day early. I baked him some cookies for all his troubles haha!

We have a camper needing to be hauled across country also, and will be using Cavalier again to transport it for us! Very pleased with the customer service and timely manner in which our truck was delivered. Thanks so much, Tyra for all your help too!!!!
