Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We certainly appreciate your perspective. As your broker, we're always doing our best to ensure carriers will transport your vehicle in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, Our business is a tricky one and sometimes no matter what you are offering a carrier it just comes down to availability and timing. The carrier you did get would have taken your vehicle for what we were offering if you were not posted with the other broker at the time because there were only 2 vehicles there. This is what I mean by timing. I am not just saying this it is a fact. We never charge any of our customers a deposit until we have the carrier scheduled. We truly do apologize and hope you would consider giving us a fresh opportunity in the future.
