I contacted Cavalier in April with the intention of moving my Jaguar XJS from Houston to Port Angles WA in early May. Preet generated a quote for me and walked me through the process. He was quite knowledgeable and helped reduce the cost and complication by suggesting a yard near SeaTac in Seattle rather than Port Angeles. He said it was a much more straightforward and cost effective solution - but requiring of me a shuttle ride to SeaTac - which was fine.

As I prepared the car in Houston for transport I had a medical issue arise that forced me to cancel the move. I then thought I could do it - and called Cavalier asking for a rush quote and pick-up. Maria began work and was very kind and understanding of the fluidity of my plans. I then had to cancel again and Maria was so very kind about it and said they would be there for me when I was ready. Tyra and Maria did a follow up last week to see how I was doing and if I anticipated a move still in May. I said no but that I might be able to in September or August. They were both very understanding and there were no recriminations directed at me. I'm sure it was frustrating that I had cancelled twice but they are such professionals that they never let me see that side.

When I am ready I will be using Cavalier - they made me feel well cared for - they were even sympathetic to my personal issues. What more can one ask for in terms of customer service? When I do the move, I feel assured I will receive the same kindness if there are any other issues.
