I paid for $100 deposit on the $575 shipment of my vehicle from PA to TX. I spoke with Kathy on the phone and gave them over 3 weeks lead time to pick up the vehicle. The pick-up date came and went, no info from Kathy. 2 weeks after the pick up date I contacted Kathy and was told they were working on it. 2 weeks after that she wanted more money, because they could not get the load done for the quoted amount. I called back to discuss this and never got an answer. I e-mailed several times for a refund on my deposit because they did not deliver any services and it seemed had not even tried to find a load.
I finally had to file with the credit card company to get my money back.
Caviness wasted tons of my time and caused me a huge headache. I still have not heard back from them.
