Kevin, All the emails come to one email address and norman never answers the emails. So what you are saying about him is not true, and there was not many phone calls made to you because we was always emailing you. And believe me there is a folder full. I have always tried to work things out, but when a customer threatens my husband and the girls that work for me that is where it stops. I do have the emails also and the tape where you said you was going to come to our office and beat the **** out of everyone. We tried to be nice, but you were inpossible to work with. I always say the customer is right, but not in this case. The girls were doing everything in there power to get a hauler in ther to pick up your car. The date your car was first available for pickup was March 27,2008. And when you placed your order we told you that it could take up to a week or so to locate a hauler with a opening, due to the high price of fuel etc. You canceled your order on April 7,2008. And again the girls were doing everything in there power to get your car moved. Thank you, Tammy Caviness
