I requested pick up and paid deposit around the 11th or 12th of March. My vehicle was scheduled to be picked the 25th of March or if needed a couple of days before. I wanted vehicle delievered on the 5th of April from time of pickup. I needed vehicle by the 8th of April. As of today the 10th of April vehicle has still not been moved. I had to leave because I am in the military and had to be at new location. I left vehicle with friend. I call everyday and I keep getting the same old story they can not find a hauler. If I had not given my deposit to Caviness I would of found another carrier. I do not know what to do now I keep asking for my deposit back so I can find another carrier and I keep getting the run around. I have had it up to here with Caviness I do not recommend them to anyone.

I know it did take us a long time longer than we like. But we did get a hauler. Colville Trucking and they did a good job. Rodney said that he was going to change his review.We are just waiting Thank You ! Caviness Auto Carriers
