poor transport

We were assigned Caviness by CPM Motors, a broker in TX. Several delays on the pick-up date and location. Courteous driver placed our car on Caviness trailer. He said he would be the one delivering the car to San Diego, but they changed drivers without letting know - not a big deal. Very poor communication with second driver, who kept on changing delivery date and location. Our 22 year daughter finally gets a call to pick up the car on the shoulder of interstate as he missed the exit! She unwittingly signs the release form in this noisy, dangerous environment. After she washes the car, finds several scraps and scratches (we have before and after photos). Make the claim to Caviness and CPM and they say your daughter signed the release form and that damage was there before transport. Lesson learned - be very careful which company transports your vehicle. Very frustrating experience.
