Car never picked up- terrible service

My car was never picked up and I booked the order on April 10. It is now May 1st and Kathy at Caviness canceled my order on April 28th, without my permission, because I asked for a refund-if they could not ship the car. She said no refunds after 72 hours. I asked to speak with Tammy Caviness and was told she's not available. When I called repeatedly to speak with Tammy, I was told not available. Still calling for Tammy and she is not there.

I did call wendy back on April 28th, 2008 and left a message. She never returned my call. I work with a lot of customers and haulers everyday. So it does take me sometimes a day or so to get back to everyone that wants to talk to me. But i do get back to all that want to talk to me. With the things the way they are, with the fuel prices so high and some haulers striking and parking there trucks, it is taking longer than we like to locate a hauler with an opening. I looked at her order, and it is not canceled. We are still looking for a hauler. We are sorry that it is taking so long but we will get a hauler. Thank you, Tammy Caviness
