My experience with caviness was overall pretty good except for the timing. I shipped my daughters car down to school in Florida from NY in January, and then back to NY in May. The first trip in January went without a problem and the price was 600. I delt with Tammy and she was a pleasure to deal with. When I called in April to set up a time for the trip back, Tammy told me because of rising fuel prices the trip back would be 650. I felt that was fair and signed the contract. Between the time I signed the contract and the actual shipping of the car, gas prices skyrocketed and they had trouble finding a truck to do it for that price. They kept to their word and did not ask for a penny more, but I did not get assigned to a truck untill two days before the car was picked up, which was after my daughter left florida. She had to leave the keys with a friend. The car arrived safly and in good condition 4 days later. I would use them again.
