On 5/13/2009 I contacted Tammy Caviness about a recent quote to move my vehicle from California to Cheyenne. The car needed to be picked up on 5/17/2009 and be transported to Cheyenne by 5 days later for a car show. She was very aware of the time frame, and guaranteed to expediate the process to meet my demands.
No one showed up on 5/17 to pick up the vehicle, no after hours contact numbers could be found
for Caviness Auto Carriers. I left several messages to ask why the vehicle never got picked up?
no one bothered to return my calls, e mails, or had no communication from Caviness Auto Carriers.
5/18 I tried to contact their office in Texas, all I got was an answer service machine, this went on all day. 5/19 I tried again, and finally got hold of a person who identified herself as Holly, part time person in the office. I shared my frustrations with her, at no communication, no after hours contact numbers. She advised me that my job was getting picked up today (Tuesday afternoon)
and I should be getting a call from the driver within two hours. If I haven't received a call, please contact her. Well you guessed it, no one called. I tried to contact the Caviness Auto Carriers again, and got the answer machine again. I left many messages, many e mails, and to the time of this review no one has responded back. I was forced today to choose another carrier. Caviness Auto Carriers have my $100.00 deposit.
DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER SERVICE THEY ARE A SCAM.
I am having an investigation being carried out on them in Sulphur Springs TX hopefully the media will pick up the story. Oh by the way did you get the story from Tammy Caviness that Norman T Caviness is sick and unable to run the business. Hmmm Tammy Caviness is an owner of the business going by business review USA.

Hello Robert, My name is Tammy Caviness and my Husbands name is Norman Caviness. And we both own Caviness Auto Carriers. I myself have never talked with you and I know Norman has not. I have not been in the office because Norman my husband is very ill together we are fighting stage 4 Cancer and I hope that you or anyone in your family will EVER have this illness. And we are taking it one day at a time. And you can call anyone you like here in Sulpher Springs Texas. We are very well known and liked. And as to the girls that run the office for me, do there jobs and do it well. They may not get everyone called back when they say they will but they will get back to you as soon as they can. They work with hundreds and hundreds of customers and drivers a week. So you might want to think things threw and investigate a little more before you say something when you are mad. That you might be sorry for at the end. I hope you and your family stay well and safe. Thank You for all your kind words
