I contacted Caviness auto about moving a car I had purchased in Lomita California and noted that it was inoperable. They gave me a price of $875 to move it.I told them to go ahead and move it.I live in West virginia right on I 64 a major east -west thorough fare.In the 13 days that they had the contract on moving the car they called me back once.I always got an excuse for why it couldn't be moved. Then when I contacted another carrier and asked caviness if I could get my deposit back I got the usual excuse that they couldn't do that because they weren't capable of it only "Tammy" could do that and she wasn't in the office, and would be back later in the week and she looked at them on a case to case basis, and she would call me.That was on9/20/09 and still no phone call,I always called them and even had to hide my number from them so they would answer my call.I've tried calling anywhere between when they opened
and when they were suppose to close and would get to no answer,Their scustomer service is lousy and you never get returned phone calls. They are a SCAM,please before you contract them please investigate them.BEWARE
