Bad experience. They changed my pick up date three times, and would not return my phone calls, but would return my emails several days later with no new information. This was my first car transport experience, and I learned a lot from it. I did not get clear communication from either the broker or the trucking company. For example most truckers will not bring their big trucks into your neighborhood to your house, even though that is what was contracted through the broker. I was called after 10 pm by the trucking company and told to come immediately to pick up my car from a rest area several miles from my house. The disconnect between the brokers and the hauling companies seems to be as big as the universe. If you are on a short time table, mine was a month, I would just fly out and pick it up myself if I ever do this again. I wish I knew about this website before I went with Caviness Auto carriers (they are a broker, not a carrier company), I would never use them again! Awful customer service, delays and double talk.
