Caviness tied with another company for the low quote and I was kind of afraid if I went with lowest that my car wouldn't get picked up too quick but I'm a tightwad and went with Caviness anyway, so I placed my order late Wednsday(after 9 pm) and had my car by Friday evening. They kept me updated every step of the way by email so I knew what was going on all the time. I had no problems whatsoever.
