Centric kept me informed every step of the way regarding pickup and delivery. They did not take a deposit until the car was picked up. They held true to their estimate and never tied to add any additional charges. I would never think of using any boker other than centric. Centric is honest, very customer oriented and completely honest. They are very concerned regarding their reputation as well as their customer satisfaction. The best broker and carrier I have ever used.L
