The world of auto transport seems largely unregulated. Kathy took the time to explain the process to me. When I had questions or issues along the way she was prompt courteous and always available. She was also one of the most reasonably priced brokers. The shipper that she found seemed like a nice enough guy, unfortunately he arrived in Florida one day late but that's hardly Kathy's fault. She was in touch with him for me and helped to reassure me through the process. If I have to ship a car again, I would absolutely use certified auto transport. I was very pleased with her knowledge, her patience, and her overall service.
