Kathy is a true professional. She is both very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Most importantly, she is very selective in picking a quality carrier to do the haul at a reasonable price. She was able to book a carrier on Friday, the day after I made the initial contact. The pickup was scheduled for the following Monday. The actual pickup was a day later but that was not a problem at all. The driver contacted me several times to insure a timely delivery. The actual delivery was right on time despite some the worst road conditions (icy/snowy/rainy) possible. Amazingly the car arrived very clean. There was no damage of any kind . I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend Certified Auto Shippers to get the job done right.
