They had called me in advance prior to picking my car. They had inspected my car before loading my car to the open truck. When delivering my car, the agent would call to notify that the man will be delivering the car soon. The driver would also call to let you know that they will delivering your car. Overall, it has been a good experience. There was no damage done and nothing was stolen. I would highly recommend them again.
