This was the first time that I had a car shipped. A family member contacted Chariot in Seattle and the car was picked up promptly. I was contacted in Connecticut with an approximate delivery date and the car arrived on that date. The driver called me 2 hours before the car was being delivered and arranged a meeting place very near my home, The low hanging trees in my area prevented the truck from coming to my front door but I only had to travel 4 miles to meet the truck. I was very pleased with Chariot and would recommend them to anyone.
