Christa's Excellent Auto LLC was a lifesaver for my husband and me. We were moving cross country and had figured out our moving companies (car shipping, moving our belongings, and vehicle rental) a month before. We had it all set and were planning to drive our rental vehicle cross country to get to our new place in time. A few days before our move, we were trying to contact our car shipping company to ask questions but could not get a hold of them for days (multiple phone calls, messages, emails). We were reasonably worried about moving without shipping our car. Finally, we got a hold of someone at the company and they said they could not ship it till an unknown date. My husband and I hesitantly started our search again in fear of getting burned again. Christa was working hard on a Sunday and communicated with me honestly about the car shipping world. It was an all day waiting game, but she worked hard to get us picked up...and we did!! We were leaving Monday morning and she made sure our car was picked up early that morning before we left. She communicated with us through the steps and the driver was great as well. This was our first experience of moving (especially cross country) and it was stressful. Working with Christa was an amazing experience and I'd recommend her to family and friends.
