In response to Mr. Steve Whitehead's review. The seller was aware the requested 24 hours notice for pick up, he was actually informed 2 days prior if one day earlier would meet his needs, seller had no problem with this request. Mr. Whitehead was called repeatly and was left numerious voicemails, there was never a returned call. CAE and Seller after 2 days went ahead and dispatched this shipment to a very REPUTABLE transport company, the seller tried calling Mr. Whitehead daily. When carrier arrived at the delivery point, he sat there most of the day calling Mr. Whitehead. Seller and CAE determined that there was definetly something amiss with the Buyer and we started looking in the obituaries, CAE tried families with the same name in that area with no luck. CAE and Seller were in contact day of delivery when the carrier could not locate the Buyer. The carrier determined to store this vehicle with a Towing/Recovery facility. If no response from Buyer in 5 days, CAE and Seller were going to reposses said vehicle and return to Seller. Seller contacted us a few days later to inform us that Mr. Whitehead was in the Caribbeans, Mr. Whitehead did not communicate this to CAE or the Seller whatsoever. The seller and carrier will have a response to this review on this website soon also. This review is a factitious sham and damaging only to himself.
