This is a very professional company with the lowest rates around! Dispatch also gave me the phone number of the driver with whom I had contact the whole trip - he answered his phone every time I called - very reassuring. The only problem I had was I didn't remember being told that it would be COD upon retrieval of the vehicle and I had to scramble around to ATM's to get the $520 balance owed the driver in order to release the vehicle to me ( and it was a Saturday afternoon!). Other than that, I was satisfied.
