I contacted Classic Auto Express, and a few of their competitors, for a quote on shipping my vehicle through their websites. It was late in the afternoon on a holiday, but Carolyn sent me an email response within just a few hours. Their pricing was fair and all of the options were explained to me up front. Once I placed the order I received a call within a day to tell me when to expect the carrier to pick up my truck, which was only 2 days later. The driver showed up and loaded my truck onto the top deck because of it was too tall to fit in the lower rack. After a little bit of adjusting the carrier to make the height requirements, the driver was off. Three days later, my truck was delivered to my home 2500 miles away. My experience with Classic Auto Express was excellent. They have prompt friendly service, and if I need to move a vehicle across the country again, I will not hesitate to call them.
