Hey Richard, Thank you, Generally our preferred Carriers use a little better communication, that is one of Classic priorties with our carriers. I spoke with Alex and he sends his sincere apologies for the lack of communication. Our standards with our preferred is the more communication the better. Again, Thank you for your response. Carolyn
